Don't tell my "In the D3FB Huddle" co-host and Ballston Spa Mayor Frank Rossi, but BSHS SR WR/DB Jacob Powell is leaving the Capitol Region for the Finger Lakes! Kidding aside, Mayor Rossi is very happy for Jacob that he is continuing this career as a student athlete at Hobart.
Powell was a dual threat for BSHS (NY), helping them make the playoffs for the first time since 2019. He contributed 450 total yards of offense and 7 TDs in his SR season while adding 40 tackles, 4 TFL, 5 INT, 2 PBUs and 0 pass completions allowed as a DB.
