Coach Grange played DII football as a safety and has worked at the University of Rochester for the prior nine seasons. During that time UofR has had some very solid players (e.g., the 2010 LLDPOY Brendan Pidgeon) showing Coach's acumen as a recruiter.
Hobart probably won't change much on defense scheme-wise but it is good to know that the incoming DC is very familiar with the Statesmen having competed against them for nearly a decade.

He will be a great help with the team. I hope the team can easily cope up with his style and the way he lead their practice.
