The "Duke of St. Paul's" is Signing with the Statesmen

The latest member of the Hobart College Football Class of 2027 is Saint Paul's School (NH) SR LB David "Duke" Charles II. One of my buddies from back in the day, Chris Smith '98, is the Associate AD at SPS, so it's always great to see someone from that school picking HWS for their college years ("Smitty" is always promoting our alma mater).

David looks like a ferocious presence at ILB having the size (6' 1" and 220 lbs.) and skill we've become accustomed to in the Hobart LB corps. You can check out his highlights here. 

In a tweet from March 4th, "Duke" stated that:

Please join me in welcoming Duke and the extended Charles family to the Hobart Football one. I have a feeling this student athlete will be someone to watch in the near future on defense for the Statesmen.
